On the Fundamental Concept of Matter

My name is Simon, known as Nowhere_watcher on social media. I am here because I want to show you a rare form of art. An art that is made with a microscope, chemicals, and human creativity. Coming from the field of pure sciences (biology), I used to think that microscopes were only for research purposes, not for… exploring the human creativity in a fun way! Now that, my hobby is to play with the optical, physical, and chemical properties of matter to create astonishing visuals that bring emotions to the forefront.

Nowhere Watcher: In this series, I wanted to explore the true essence of outer space: the cosmos, metal, fusion, and ondulations. Stripping away the colors takes us on a journey where life holds a completely different meaning than on Earth. Where colors exist for an essential reason, not just to satisfy our senses.

What about microscopic photography excites you the most?

Nowhere Watcher: Interesting question! The most exciting part of microphotography, for me, is when the micro scale mimics the macro scale. When patterns feel identical, yet nothing connects them, excepting the fundamental concept of matter. Still, microphotography taught us in so many aspects of life and material sciences.
